Manage subscriptions
Purchase, bind, upgrade, cancel, resume, and migrate eligible subscriptions in Clan Labs.
Last updatedWhat this does
The Clan Labs subscription area is the supported place for plan comparison, hosted checkout, community binding, plan changes, cancellation, resumption, and eligible legacy migration.
Prerequisites
- You are signed in with the Discord account that owns the subscription or authorised community.
- Discord reauthentication is available for sensitive billing changes.
- The billing provider is reachable.
Setup steps
- Open User settings → Subscriptions, or run
/subscriptionsand choose Manage subscriptions. - Review existing subscriptions, their status, plan, cadence, and community binding.
- Choose Compare plans to load the current catalog and prices.
- For a purchase, select Premium or Pro and a billing schedule, then complete hosted checkout.
- Bind an eligible unbound subscription during community setup or from the supported subscription action.
- For a Premium community that needs a confirmed Pro feature, choose its contextual Upgrade to Pro action.
- Use the displayed cancel or resume action for the subscription’s current state.
- If an eligible paid legacy subscription exists, run
/migrate_subscriptionin the main community’s Discord server and complete migration in the dashboard.
Expected result
The subscription card reflects the provider-confirmed state and binding. A plan change updates community feature access after provider confirmation. Clan Labs returns to the feature context when that supported flow supplied a return path.
Verify that it works
Refresh Subscriptions and the community overview. Confirm the intended community shows the plan and that a plan-gated feature is available. For a newly bound community, remember the 30-day move lock.
Common errors
- Dashboard purchasing is temporarily unavailable — do not repeat checkout; retry when purchasing is available.
- Provider payment completed but Clan Labs is still processing — use the finalisation retry rather than buying again.
- A subscription is disabled in setup — it is bound, inactive, or in its 30-day cooldown.
- This community’s subscription is not active! — resolve paused, unpaid, expired, or grace-period state in Subscriptions.
- Migration is unavailable — only eligible active paid legacy Premium subscriptions on the main community can migrate automatically.
Security practices
- Verify plan, cadence, currency, and price in the live dashboard before approval.
- Reauthenticate only on the official dashboard and billing-provider page.
- Never put provider receipts or payment details in a public Discord channel.
- Confirm the Roblox Community ID before binding.
