Use Discord commands and actions
Find the Clan Labs slash commands and context-menu actions available to community members and staff.
Last updatedClan Labs brings common community workflows into Discord. Commands still apply the selected community’s plan, trial, subscription, feature, channel, and permission checks.
Use /help for the complete command list available to your current Clan Labs permission level. The tables below cover the common operational commands rather than every installed command.
Account and service commands

Staff operations

Subcommands and options are discoverable in Discord as you type. Use the labels displayed there; they reflect the installed Clan Labs command definition.
Updating yourself defaults to Member. Updating another member or a selected list defaults to HICOM, while /update everyone requires Super Owner.
Command visibility and synchronization
Discord uses managed top-level slash-command permissions derived from staff assignments. This does not mirror every configurable action or context-menu requirement. For example, /pendingjoin and /qualification have Officer base requirements, while their operational actions default to HICOM.
If commands are missing after staff changes, setup, a transfer, a privacy request, or rollback, check Settings → Permissions for Sync Discord commands. The person synchronizing needs the relevant Clan Labs access and Discord command-permission authorization. See Configure community permissions.
Understand command responses
- Commands are disabled in this channel! — use an allowed channel or update settings.
- This command is not available on trial! — the trial blocks that feature.
- This feature is not included in this tier! — compare the community’s plans.
- This community's subscription is not active! — restore the subscription before retrying.
- Warning - Missing Discord permissions — give the bot the named Discord permission.
- Warning - Insufficient Permission — your community level is below the action requirement.
- Warning - Roblox connection required — a Super Owner must connect Roblox in Settings → Roblox Cloud.
- Warning - Roblox reconnection required — restore the community's Roblox authorization.
- Error - Roblox connection unavailable — retry after the service recovers; a new authorization may not be needed.
- The bot is updating. Please try that interaction again in a few seconds. — wait briefly and submit once more.
The official invite requests Administrator for reliable operation. Organisations that remove it must preserve every granular permission listed in Discord bot permissions. Always install the bot through Add the Discord bot.
A bulk pending-join review can process some requests before the connection fails. Keep the reported processed count, refresh the pending list, and resume only after resolving the connection problem. Completed decisions are not automatically reversed.
