Create or sign in to an account
Sign in to Clan Labs with Discord and verify the Roblox account you will use for community setup.
Last updatedClan Labs uses Discord for dashboard sign-in. You do not create a separate Clan Labs password.
Sign in with Discord
- Open the dashboard.
- Choose the Discord sign-in action.
- On Discord’s authorisation screen, confirm that the account shown is the one that owns the server you intend to connect.
- Approve the requested identity and server-list access.
- Return to the dashboard.
The dashboard uses the authorised Discord account to load communities you can see and servers you can configure. If the saved authorisation can no longer refresh that list, Clan Labs shows Reconnect Discord rather than silently using an expired result.
Verify a Roblox account
Community setup also needs an active verified Roblox account. Follow the dashboard’s Roblox sign-in flow and authorise the Roblox account that owns or can configure the target community.
You may verify more than one Roblox account. During setup, the active account determines which Roblox communities appear. After setup, members can choose a different verified account for each Clan Labs community.
Verify the result
Open Communities. You should see either the communities you can access or the empty state with Set up community. Opening setup should show your Discord servers and Roblox communities after their respective steps are selected.
If the Discord list cannot refresh, reconnect Discord and try again. If the Roblox community is missing, switch to or verify the correct Roblox account before repeating setup.
