Review and complete setup
Confirm the Clan Labs setup summary, create the community, and verify activation.
Last updatedThe review step is the final checkpoint before Clan Labs creates the community and, for paid setup, applies the subscription binding lock.
Review every identifier
Check the following:
- New main community or New division is the intended setup type;
- the Roblox community name and numeric Community ID are correct;
- a division appears under the correct main community;
- Discord server is the intended server and ID;
- Setup account is the expected verified Roblox account and ID; and
- the displayed plan, subscription variant, or verified division serial is correct.
For subscription setup, the review page repeats the 30-day binding lock. Go back now if any detail is wrong.
Create the community
Choose the final create action once. Keep the modal open while the request completes. Do not start another setup journey in a second tab.
On success, Clan Labs displays [Community name] is ready and offers management. Open it to finish configuring ranks, permissions, channels, and integrations.
Activation timing
If the bot is installed and registration completes immediately, the success panel reports that Discord commands are active.
If registration is still propagating, setup is still complete. The dashboard explains that activation may take up to five minutes. Wait, then retry /help or /verify in the selected server.
If the bot was not installed, add it before testing Discord commands.
Verify setup
- Open the community from Communities.
- Confirm the overview loads the correct community.
- Configure Roblox Open Cloud.
- Run
/verifyand/updatefor a test member. - Open Audit Logs and confirm supported test actions are recorded.
Next, follow the recommended next steps.
