A slash command is missing from Discord, cannot be selected, or responds with Commands are disabled in this channel!, This command is not available on trial!, This feature is not included in this tier!, or This community's subscription is not active!

1. Confirm the official bot is a member of the intended server.
2. Run /help in an allowed channel.
3. If the command is absent from /help, ask an Owner to compare the member’s effective permission level with the command requirement.
4. Read the exact gate message rather than looking only for the command name.
5. Check community channel settings, plan, trial, and subscription status.
6. Look for The bot is updating. Please try that interaction again in a few seconds.

If a command is missing after setup, staff changes, transfer, a privacy request, or rollback, open Settings → Permissions and check for Discord command permissions need to be synchronized. Choose Sync Discord commands. Reconnect Discord if requested and confirm Manage Server and Manage Roles on that account.

The sync covers locked top-level slash commands, while Clan Labs still checks each action. Selecting a command does not guarantee permission to run all its subcommands. See synchronization errors for rate limits, entry limits, and registration still being deployed.

Install or reauthorise the official bot with bot and applications.commands, grant the required Clan Labs permission deliberately, use a permitted channel, restore the subscription, or select a plan that includes the feature. A staff permission change will not bypass a trial or tier gate.

For a bot-update message, wait a few seconds and retry once. After installation or command updates, allow Discord time to refresh and reopen the client if necessary. Plan and subscription gates should only be retried after their state changes.

Contact Clan Labs support if the member meets the command’s permission requirement but an entitled, configured command remains absent from /help across Discord clients.

Include server and channel IDs, command name, exact response, community plan and trial state, timestamp, Discord client, and whether /help works. Never include a token.
