Manage subscriptions and billing
Compare Clan Labs plans, attach a subscription to a community, and resolve lifecycle or migration states.
Last updatedSubscriptions belong to the account and are attached to a Clan Labs community. The dashboard is the source of truth for live plan prices, currency, billing intervals, taxes, trials, and checkout availability.
Compare or purchase a plan
- Open User Settings → Subscriptions.
- Choose Compare plans.
- Review the live Premium and Pro feature lists offered to your account.
- Select a billing option and continue through the supported checkout provider.
- Return to Clan Labs and wait for the subscription state to refresh.
- Attach the subscription to the intended community if it is not already bound.
This documentation does not hard-code prices: the billing catalog is loaded by Clan Labs and can vary by current product configuration, currency, interval, and tax treatment.
Bind or move a subscription
During setup, select an available subscription or purchase one. Review the community name and ID before binding. Clan Labs protects a newly attached subscription from being moved to another community for 30 days.
After that lock expires, use only the move or binding controls Clan Labs presents. A subscription attached to the wrong community does not grant features to a second one.
Change or cancel
Open the subscription card for the supported management actions. Billing-provider state can take a short time to return to Clan Labs. If a payment method needs attention, follow the dashboard’s link to update it and restore access.
Cancellation timing and remaining access are shown in Clan Labs. Do not infer an end date from the day the cancellation was requested.
Migrate a legacy subscription
When Clan Labs identifies an eligible legacy subscription, use the dashboard migration panel or /migrate_subscription. Follow one migration flow at a time. If a post-payment step fails, Clan Labs is designed to preserve or restore eligible legacy time; refresh the subscription list before starting another checkout.
Feature access
The active plan is only one access condition. Trial restrictions, payment state, community binding, staff permissions, service configuration, Discord, and Roblox readiness can also affect a feature.
For setup details, see Configure subscriptions. If access is wrong after purchase or binding, follow Subscription access is missing.
