Manage subscriptions and billing

Open User Settings → Billing → Subscriptions, or run /subscriptions and choose Manage subscriptions. Sign in with the account that owns the subscription or authorized community. Sensitive changes may require fresh Discord verification.

Recurring subscriptions belong to an account and are attached to a community. Community gifts fund that community directly for a fixed duration.

Compare or purchase a planCopy link to Compare or purchase a plan

1. Choose Compare plans to see current features, prices, currency, and billing schedules.
2. Select Premium or Pro and a billing option. When that option offers a trial, leave Start with a free trial on or turn it off to pay at checkout and unlock the paid plan immediately. Trials have limited use; checkout shows the trial length and first charge.
3. Complete hosted checkout.
4. Return to Clan Labs and wait for the subscription state to refresh.
5. Bind the eligible subscription during community setup.

For a Premium community that needs a Pro feature, use its Upgrade to Pro action.

If purchasing is unavailable, retry later. If payment completed but Clan Labs is still processing, use the finalisation retry instead of purchasing again.

Bind or move a subscriptionCopy link to Bind or move a subscription

Check the community name and numeric ID before binding. A newly bound subscription cannot move to another community for 30 days, even if another eligible community is available.

After the lock expires, use the move or binding controls shown on the subscription card. A subscription disabled in setup may already be bound, inactive, or still in its cooldown.

After a binding or plan change, refresh Subscriptions and the community overview. Confirm the intended community shows the provider-confirmed plan and feature access.

Change, cancel, or resumeCopy link to Change, cancel, or resume

Open the subscription card and use the actions available for its current state. Follow the dashboard link if a payment method needs attention. Provider confirmation can take a short time to appear.

The dashboard shows cancellation timing and remaining access. Use the displayed resume action when available. Do not calculate an end date from when you requested cancellation.

For This community's subscription is not active!, check paused, unpaid, expired, or grace-period state. If access is still wrong after confirmation, see Subscription access is missing.

Gift access to a communityCopy link to Gift access to a community

Open User Settings → Billing → Your gifts and select Buy a gift. Choose Premium or Pro and a fixed duration, review the full one-time price, then select Continue to gift checkout. This picker only buys gifts; it has no recurring subscription or free-trial option. Only enabled Premium and Pro variants are giftable; Division serials are excluded.

You can also select the small Gift this plan button beside Purchase in the normal plan checkout.

After payment, User Settings → Billing → Your gifts opens with a compact row and Copy link button for each gift. The URL stays hidden. Send the copied link to the community owner by text, Discord or any other channel. To copy an unclaimed link again, open the settings cog beside your profile and select Your gifts under Billing. The recipient does not need to enable gifting or create a link first.

Copying or replacing a gift link can require fresh Discord verification. Complete Verify Discord, return to Your gifts, and retry the action.

Selecting Your gifts keeps you in the current settings modal without reloading the page. You can switch settings sections or close the modal and continue where you left off.

Redeemed gifts are hidden by default. Turn on Show redeemed gifts to view your gift history, including purchase and redemption dates. Redeemed gifts cannot be copied or used again.

Unredeemed gifts never expire. Gift links expire after 14 days. Copying a valid link reuses it without extending its expiry. Clicking Copy link after expiry generates a fresh link valid for another 14 days; previous links no longer work. If a recipient sees an expired-link message, the purchaser can copy and send a new link. Link expiry never reduces the gift's purchased duration.

Use Replace gift link if a current link was exposed or sent to the wrong person. Confirming replacement invalidates the current link immediately and creates a new link that lasts 14 days. The gift and its purchased duration do not change. Copy the replacement and send only that link to the intended recipient.

Deleting your account permanently deletes your unused gifts without a refund, including any links you have already shared. Gifts already redeemed by a community keep their remaining access. Anonymous payment records are retained to prevent deleted gifts from being recreated by payment notifications.

The recipient opens the full link and signs in as the Discord server owner. A Redeem a gift modal opens over the Communities page, where they choose an eligible main community and select Redeem gift. Closing the modal returns to their community list without using the gift. Each gift can be redeemed once. Share it only with the intended recipient: any eligible owner with the link can redeem it.

To use a gift for a community that is not set up yet, select Set up a new community in the redemption modal. Choose your Discord server and Roblox community, review the gifted plan and duration, then select Create community and redeem gift. There is no checkout or recurring subscription, and you do not need to create a Free community first. Cancelling returns to redemption without using the gift. The community and gifted access are saved together: if setup fails, the gift stays available and no partial community is created.

Gift time starts on successful redemption, or extends existing gifts of the same plan. It does not run down while the link is unclaimed. Gifts are a one-time payment with no automatic renewal and give the buyer no community permissions. Once redeemed, a gift cannot be moved to another community.

Gifts support new main communities, existing Free main communities, and stacking gifts of the same plan. You can also replace active gifted Premium with a Pro gift. The redemption modal asks you to confirm that unused Premium time will be forfeited without credit or restoration. Pro starts when redemption succeeds; if it fails, Premium remains unchanged. A Premium gift cannot replace active Pro.

To switch from gifted Premium to paid Pro, open User Settings → Billing → Subscriptions and select Upgrade to Pro on the gifted plan. Choose a Pro billing schedule and complete checkout, then bind the paid subscription to the community. Confirm the forfeiture of remaining Premium time before binding. The paid Pro subscription renews normally. Cancelling checkout or failing to bind does not remove gifted Premium; a purchased subscription remains available to bind.

Active gifted access appears in the community owner's Subscriptions section with its end date and no recurring billing controls. Internal staff with subscription binding permissions can find gifts in the staff Subscriptions page and Unbind them. This ends gifted access immediately and forfeits unused time without a refund; gifts cannot be transferred or rebound.

Recurring access must end before gift redemption, including any remaining time after cancellation. Active legacy access, partnerships and subscription migrations can also block redemption. The page explains why a community cannot receive the gift; a failed redemption leaves the link unclaimed. Divisions cannot redeem gifts.

If payment confirmation is still processing, return to Your gifts later; keep your receipt and contact support before purchasing again. A full refund makes an unclaimed link unusable, or removes the unused time from a redeemed gift while preserving other gifts. Previously purchased gifts that applied directly to a community retain their original terms.

Buy a division serialCopy link to Buy a division serial

Open User Settings → Add-ons to buy a transferable key with one division activation. Purchasing it does not activate it; use it during division setup.

The Add-ons page lists purchased serials and remaining activations. Enable Show used keys to see fully used keys. Share an unused key only with the person completing the intended setup.

Migrate a legacy subscriptionCopy link to Migrate a legacy subscription

Automatic migration requires an eligible active, paid legacy Premium subscription on the main community. Its Discord server owner should run /migrate_subscription in that main community's Discord server, then select Migrate subscription to open the dashboard migration panel. Complete the dashboard steps to finish migrating; running the command alone does not migrate the subscription. Divisions use their main community's billing.

An existing community-specific migration link can reopen the same panel directly. Opening User Settings → Subscriptions without that migration link does not start the flow. Communities that have already migrated or have a current subscription do not need to migrate again.

Complete one migration flow at a time. If a post-payment step fails, Clan Labs is designed to preserve or restore eligible legacy time. Refresh the subscription list before starting another checkout.
