Plans and feature availability
See how Premium, Pro, trials, permissions, and service readiness affect Clan Labs features.
Last updatedClan Labs offers Premium and Pro plans. Feature access also depends on subscription status, trial restrictions, staff permissions, and required Discord or Roblox configuration.
Prices are intentionally not repeated here. Open User settings → Subscriptions → Compare plans in the dashboard for the live price, currency, and billing schedules returned by the billing provider.
Premium
Premium includes the broader operational toolset confirmed in Clan Labs, including automated rank progression, analytics, events, qualifications, quota tracking, suspensions, pending-join review, divisions, group binds, API access, and welcome messages.
Some features are deliberately unavailable during a limited-use trial even when they belong to the selected tier. The bot reports This command is not available on trial! and the dashboard presents the corresponding plan or trial state.
Pro
Pro includes the complete implemented feature catalog. The following capabilities have explicit Pro entitlement checks in Clan Labs:
- API Rank Management — grant
members.ranks.writeand use the API rank set, promote, or demote endpoints; - Custom Bot Branding — set a server-specific display name, avatar, banner, and bio;
- Automatic Pending Join Reviews — run the same eligibility checks as Check All Requests on a 5, 15, 30, or 60-minute cadence; and
- Data Rollback — roll back eligible supported audit changes and, when Clan Labs offers the option, review multiple reversible changes together.
Why a visible feature may still be unavailable
A feature can be blocked for one of these reasons:
- Plan — the current tier does not include it. Clan Labs shows a Pro or plan comparison prompt where applicable.
- Trial — the limited-use trial excludes the operation.
- Subscription state — the community is paused, unpaid, expired, or outside its cancellation grace period.
- Staff permission — your effective community level is below the configured requirement.
- Discord state — the bot lacks a required Discord permission, role position, channel, or live server membership.
- Roblox state — Open Cloud is missing or invalid, the Roblox role hierarchy changed, or Roblox cannot currently verify the operation.
Established, improved, and conditional capabilities
The member, moderation, progression, qualification, event, audit, analytics, permissions, verification, Open Cloud, subscription, and API workflows described here are present in the current implementation.
Clan Labs introduces or materially improves the responsive dashboard setup journey, permission-scoped cl_live_ API keys, plan-aware Pro prompts, account/session/privacy controls, bot branding, automated pending-join settings, and guarded audit rollback interfaces.
The documentation does not publish roadmap cards as available features. A feature not confirmed in the repositories is omitted until its customer-facing behavior and entitlement are implemented.
