Manage members and profiles
Find a member, read their profile, and use progression or moderation actions.

- Select the community and open Members.
- Use search or the rank filter to find the member card.
- Choose View profile. The card's Roblox name opens Roblox instead.
- Confirm the Roblox user ID before changing anything; display names are not unique.
Update appears on cards when you can change supported member details. Search and rank-filter totals may be approximate; use the available pagination controls.
Member cards and profiles display the community's configured rank emoji beside the rank name when one is set. To change it for that rank, follow Set a rank emoji.
Active … ago is the recorded profile update time, not live Roblox or Discord online status. Activity unknown means no usable timestamp is recorded.
Read the profile
The profile belongs to the selected community and can show:

A Roblox member can appear before linking Discord. Discord actions require a linked account, and external changes may take a short time to appear.
If the wrong Roblox identity appears, ask the member to select the correct linked account for this community, then update their profile.
Take a member action
Open the profile and choose the required action. Read the current value, enter a reason when requested, and confirm the target and change. Wait for the result and inspect the profile and audit entry.

Controls depend on your permission level, the community's plan, and the target member. See the permission reference for defaults. Roblox rank changes also depend on authorization, hierarchy, and any blacklist or suspension restrictions.
Use Discord
Open /profile with a Roblox username or Discord member where offered. For role and nickname updates, use /update or Apps → Update User.
Updating yourself defaults to Member; updating another person or a selected list defaults to HICOM; /update everyone requires Super Owner. The bot cannot change the Discord server owner's nickname.
The response reports Auto Roles and Auto Nickname separately, with roles added, removed, or failed. Inspect both results before repeating an update.
If an action fails

After a timeout, inspect the current member state before retrying a write.
