Link and select Roblox accounts
Use Clan Labs verification to connect Roblox and Discord identities and select an account for each community.
Last updatedVerification connects a Clan Labs user and Discord identity to a Roblox account. Clan Labs supports multiple linked Roblox accounts and lets the user select the appropriate account for each community.
Link another Roblox account
- In the community’s Discord server, run
/verify. - Open the secure dashboard link in the response.
- Sign in to Clan Labs if asked.
- Follow the Clan Labs verification prompt and authenticate the Roblox account you want to add.
- Return to the community and select that account where Clan Labs asks which identity to use.
- Run
/updateto apply configured Discord nickname and role binds.
The verification link opens the dashboard at /communities?verify=1. Use only the official Clan Labs dashboard and check the hostname before signing in.
Select an account per community
Linking an account does not force every community to use it. Choose the account that is actually a member of the relevant Roblox group and that your community policy permits. Switching the selected account changes the identity used for that community’s member workflows.
After a switch, update the Discord member and review their profile. Rank binds and eligibility are calculated from the selected Roblox account.
Expected responses
A successful flow confirms that verification completed. Common Discord warnings include:
- Warning - Account not found — the provided identity could not be resolved.
- Warning - Already verified — that Roblox account is already linked in the applicable context.
- an account-binding error — the relationship could not be saved; do not repeat rapidly or create a second account to bypass it.
Privacy and safety
- Clan Labs never needs a Roblox password or
.ROBLOSECURITYcookie from the user. - Do not share verification links in a public channel.
- Check the connected Discord and Roblox accounts before staff actions.
- Use personal sign-in sessions; do not share a staff account.
- If an account was linked without permission, stop using it and contact support with IDs and timestamps, not credentials.
Staff verification checks
If a user is verified but roles do not change, the link itself may be healthy. Check that the correct community account is selected, the user is in the Roblox group, binds are enabled, and the bot can manage the destination roles. /update reports the role and nickname results independently.
