Track experience and quotas

Experience records long-term community progression. Quota points measure progress toward a configured requirement or period. Communities can use either or both without treating them as the same score.

The dashboard profile replaces a member’s experience with an exact value. The community’s configurable Discord command, commonly /xp, can add, remove, or set experience and can include a reason.

1. Confirm the target account and current balance.
2. Choose the intended operation and amount.
3. Enter a useful reason when requested.
4. Confirm the result in the profile and audit log.

Adding or removing experience through Discord defaults to Officer. Setting an exact value through Discord or the dashboard defaults to Owner. Community owners can change those action requirements.

Use /quotapoint to add or remove quota points; the default requirement is HICOM. Setting an exact total through /quotapoint or the dashboard member profile defaults to Owner. Community owners can change those action requirements.

Quota settings define what is measured and when it applies. Staff should not manually reset or compensate scores until they understand the configured period and any event awards.

Use /leaderboard or the corresponding Clan Labs view to compare eligible member totals. A member profile shows the person’s own progression context. Results can differ from a raw Roblox rank because Clan Labs progression is community data.

Automated progressionCopy link to Automated progression

When enabled and included by the plan, automated progression evaluates configured experience and qualification requirements before moving a member through eligible ranks. It still respects active suspensions, blacklist rules, configured rank boundaries, an operational Roblox connection, and Roblox’s current group state.

An automated check that cannot safely determine suspension or rank state stops without guessing. Resolve the underlying service or configuration problem before repeating a manual rank change.

If the connection needs reauthorization, a Super Owner must restore it in Settings → Roblox Cloud. Temporary refresh or provider failures may only need time to recover. Inspect the current Roblox rank before repeating an uncertain write; see Roblox connection errors.

Event awardsCopy link to Event awards

Event types can define host, co-host, and attendee experience or quota awards. An event snapshots its type configuration when created, so changing a reusable type later does not rewrite that existing event’s awards.

An active suspension withholds event experience and quota awards for hosts, co-hosts, and attendees across Dashboard, Discord, and API v2. The event can still finish without awarding that participant. Check the event, suspension status, and balances before retrying or making a manual adjustment; follow event award guidance.

Give manual adjustments a reason, test progression boundaries with a non-owner member, and check the existing balance before retrying a failed award. Reserve absolute set actions for trusted staff.
