Manage privacy and account controls

Clan Labs user settings separate personal account controls from community settings. Changing a personal preference does not change the selected community’s staff permissions, subscription, or operational analytics.

Open User Settings → Privacy to review the current choices. If Allow performance analytics is shown, you can turn optional measurement on or off. Necessary technologies remain on because they are required for sign-in, security, and core service operation.

Optional product analytics is separate from the community analytics feature used by staff. Withdrawing optional analytics consent does not remove a community’s operational records or disable its management dashboards.

Review sign-in sessionsCopy link to Review sign-in sessions

Open User Settings → Login sessions to inspect active sign-ins. You can revoke one session or revoke every other session while keeping the current one.

1. Confirm the device or session is genuinely yours.
2. Revoke an unfamiliar or obsolete session.
3. Change credentials with the relevant identity provider if you suspect compromise.
4. Review community audits for unexpected actions made from your account.

Revoking a session does not rotate a community API key. Manage API credentials separately in Settings → API Keys.

Open User Settings → Data management to request a portable export or erase personal account data. Before requesting or downloading an export or starting erasure, confirm your identity with Discord; that confirmation remains valid for ten minutes.

When self-service data requests are disabled, the page provides the privacy contact instead. Community exports, reset, and deletion are separate controls under Settings → Delete Data, explained in Export, reset, or delete community data.

Independent community moderation records or legal retention requirements can still apply after a personal account request. Review the explanation shown before confirming the request.

Personal and community recordsCopy link to Personal and community records

A personal export covers your account's records. Where applicable, it includes your association with a Roblox Creator OAuth connection and relevant connection-audit actor records, including records waiting to be published. It excludes tokens and unrelated actors' details.

A community export is a separately authorized, redacted ZIP for the community and its registered divisions. Its member pseudonyms and removed free text make it unsuitable as a complete restorable backup. See community export contents.

Personal erasure removes your attribution as the person who connected Creator OAuth. It is separate from Disconnect Roblox, which stops the community integration. To disconnect, follow Roblox Cloud.

Privacy changes can also leave Discord command permissions awaiting reconciliation. Follow Sync Discord commands in community permissions when offered. For Former Discord server cleanup needs attention, reconnect Discord if requested, then choose Retry cleanup.

Application responsesCopy link to Application responses

Application responses belong to the Discord account recorded when submitted. Personal export and erasure cover those authored responses and application notifications, even after the Roblox account is unlinked or transferred. A new owner of the Roblox account may see its existing result but does not gain export or erasure rights over the previous author's answers.

Never include personal information in application questions or answers. Clan Labs blocks detected sensitive content, but its pattern filter cannot identify every form or disguise of personal information. See Applications.

• Use an individual Discord and Clan Labs account.
• Never share browser sessions, API keys, Roblox cookies, or Open Cloud secrets.
• Re-authenticate only on official Clan Labs, Discord, or Roblox hostnames.
• Remove access promptly when a staff member changes role.
• Preserve timestamps and IDs—not credentials—when reporting suspicious activity.
