Confirm Roblox ownership and permissions

Clan Labs verifies eligibility from the Roblox account currently active in the dashboard. Setup does not ask you to paste a Roblox cookie, password, or ownership token.

1. Open your Clan Labs account controls and review the verified Roblox accounts.
2. Verify the owner account if it is not already listed.
3. Make it the account used for this setup journey.
4. Reopen or refresh the Roblox community step.
5. Select the row only when it is enabled.

If the community shows Owner access required, membership alone is insufficient. Confirm the account’s current Roblox role and whether that account is the actual community owner or otherwise satisfies the Clan Labs setup eligibility check.

Passing setup does not automatically grant future Roblox write access. After the community is created, the Discord server owner must add a dedicated Open Cloud credential in Settings → Roblox Cloud.

The Roblox account creating that key must be able to select the connected community and grant the groups API system. If Roblox Creator Hub does not list it, correct the Roblox role permissions before generating the credential.

The target community row is selectable and the setup review later shows the intended Roblox account under Setup account. Verify the numeric Roblox ID for both the account and community.

Never use browser cookies, session tokens, or a personal Roblox password to work around the ownership check. Clan Labs does not need them.

If the row stays blocked, follow Roblox ownership cannot be confirmed. Otherwise, choose a subscription.
