Discord sign-in fails
Recover from expired, cancelled, linked-account, or temporarily unavailable Discord sign-in attempts.
Last updatedIf Discord sign-in returns you to the sign-in page, match its message below.
Fix it
- Start from the dashboard and read the exact message.
- Confirm which Discord account is signed in before authorizing.
- Allow cookies and redirects needed for the Clan Labs and Discord sign-in flow.
- Use a new sign-in attempt rather than reusing an old callback or verification link.

|---|---|
| Your sign-in attempt expired. Please try again. | Start a new sign-in from the dashboard. |
| This sign-in request is no longer valid. Please start again. | Reopen the dashboard and begin again. |
| Discord sign-in was cancelled or could not be completed. Please try again. | Restart and complete Discord authorization. |
| This Discord account is already linked to another Clan Labs account. Try the Discord account you used originally. | Sign in with the original Discord account. |
| Discord sign-in is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. | Wait for the service to recover. |
| We couldn't sign you in with Discord. Please try again. | Retry once with the intended account, then contact support if it continues. |
After signing in, an existing session may need Reconnect Discord to authorize command-permission updates. See Configure community permissions.
When to retry
Restart immediately after correcting the selected account or an expired attempt. For temporary unavailability, wait before retrying. Repeatedly approving the same failed flow will not repair a service configuration problem.
Still failing?
Contact Clan Labs support if a fresh attempt with the original account still fails.
Include the exact displayed message, timestamp and time zone, browser, intended Discord user ID, and whether this is your first sign-in. Do not send cookies, tokens, callback URLs, or passwords.
