Last updatedIf you know Clan Labs V2, V3 will feel familiar in the places that matter: your community still has members, ranks, experience, awards, and staff permissions. The difference is how much you can manage in one place—and the new systems available for recruitment, events, and moderation.

A new home for your community
The brings setup and day-to-day management into a refreshed workspace. Dedicated settings pages, clearer profiles, mobile navigation, and light and dark themes make it easier to find the task you came to do. Main communities and divisions keep their familiar relationship.
The connection to Roblox has changed too. replaces the old bot-account connection with an authorisation flow and a visible connection status. If the connection needs attention, the dashboard helps you reconnect.
Members can now link and choose the account they use in each community. give new arrivals a clearer path from joining Discord to linking the right account.
Ranks, roles, and nicknames that fit your community
V2 group binds assigned roles for belonging to another Roblox group. V3 adds , alongside those membership roles. You can also use to choose how members appear when they belong to several communities.
The rank editor keeps the settings you know and adds . follows shared rules across the dashboard, Discord, and API, with better handling when Roblox cannot answer an asset check.
After supported Roblox rank changes, help roles and nicknames catch up. Bot permissions and role order still matter, and update results show what succeeded and what needs attention.
More control over experience and quotas
Experience still tracks member progress. Now you can choose a , or keep the total-experience calculation. This changes the percentage members see; their XP and rank thresholds stay the same.
You can give your community a , while keeping add, remove, and set actions, staff limits, and bonuses. let you schedule checks around your community's day instead of relying on the older scheduler.
Events become part of your community history
Hosting moves beyond a Discord announcement. let you create, announce, finish, cancel, and review activities from the dashboard and supported Discord or API actions.
With , approved locations, mention rules, proof requirements, and rewards come together. Each event keeps the settings it started with. Suspended members do not receive its XP or quota awards, even if they are recorded on the event.
Applications, from the first answer to the join request
New let you build a form, share its link, and review answers in a dedicated inbox. Applicants use a verified Roblox account, and staff can pass or fail a response. Forms and staff review are available on every plan, subject to community access.
With Pro, can check required choice questions against an answer key. make forms easier to reuse and keep private staff notes separate from the result you share with an applicant.
Your now have a dashboard home and can require owned assets and passed applications. A pass and a Roblox admission decision are separate steps. Pro adds , with a grace period and controls for declining ineligible requests. When a requirement cannot be checked, the request stays pending.
Moderation and recognition with more detail
With , staff can distinguish Low, Medium, and High incidents and correct an existing record. New add a separate way to restrict a member, freeze supported progression, and record their previous rank for restoration.
Your remain, with checks in the newer admission and attendance workflows too. Your keep their place in member profiles, with unique definition names and stable links. Repeated medal awards still stack; removing one now removes one award.
Know who changed what
The familiar staff hierarchy remains. are clearer, with separate user and role lists, more controls over individual actions, and a way to synchronise Discord command permissions.
New show more of a change and let you choose which Discord channel receives each event type. Pro adds , with a preview before reversal. It is available for supported entries that still match the current state.
Your depend on your plan: 90 days for new Premium records and 365 days for Pro. Eligible migrated history has its own transitional window, measured from when the record was originally created.
Integrations and a bot that feels at home

Coming from V2
Some , and more configuration happens in the dashboard. Disabled-command restrictions are translated where there is a supported replacement. Fun commands remain individually configurable; the old global toggle, prefix setting, and crypto command do not carry over.
Your existing community is the starting point. , including valid XP and quota balances, ranks, awards, moderation records, staff rules, and the existing verified account link. Review the Roblox connection, new Events settings, welcome channel, quota time zone, and any renamed duplicate award definitions before relying on them.
